Moorhen dragons and damsels

This  beauty landed not 5ft from me  while I was taking o photo of the fish in the net trap.
 The moorhen  Normaly this bird stays well away from the camera  its never far away  in the reed beds but usualy hides in them until I and my camera have gone . but today  Because the   herons where not afraid   she decided to come and play first She  came from under the water and frightened the White egret.  then decided it was bath time  and made out like I was not there, once she had a bath and a good preen it was off to scare the night heron.

A bit small but enough for one person, half where thrown back in the Nile ,

I like the Moorhen shots and that very pale green damselfly is really pretty! Great shots all!
