Now if I went anywhere near these Egrets they would be away here its looking for grubs in the cut sheaths of corn. and no farmer is going to stop it getting them.
the egyptians hang anything up above the doors this is a nile blow fish.
'not sure what these 3 youngsters are doing away from the main flock.

.This is the marshland from here to the Nile is about 1000yards. if i step on the marshland by the Nile I would get the soles of my shoes in water and the same where I am standing the pools of water are man made for the buffalo to wallow. this is the area I have been birding on there is so much muck the place wreaks its not just the cow muck but there are sewage outlets along the marsh needless to say I will not be going there again. until the Nile floods this land in about a months time.

'not going to say what this guy did prior to looking in the tin but he must have swallowed a diamond .
and that's Egypt's wildlife. for today anyway.

The Egret is very cunning, I thought Egret didn't come near a man? And the Monitor Lizard is a good find. Good shots Tony.
