Dragons in Macro

I am so busy catching up with writing my Biography and a new blog    http://nilelife4.blogspot
I was looking through my blogspot dragons and damsels for 2009, and came across these shots taken in macro  before I bought the ef 100x400 lens.  these shots where taken 6" from the subject Early in the morning while they were drowsy, with the canon efs 60mm ultrasonic lens  both subjects have been put on in a horizontal view  as they sleep in a vertical position

Dragonflies and damselflies have such an interesting wing structure mechanism. They always look almost like something out of Star Wars to me :-) Great shots!
